After successful payment, software access is delivered electronically. Customers may receive access through one or more of the following methods:

• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number (where applicable)
• Software License Activation
• Subscription Activation

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are generally as follows:

• Subscription activation – Usually within a few minutes after successful payment.
• License renewal – Generally activated automatically.
• New customer account setup – Usually completed within 24 hours if manual verification is required.
• Custom software services – As per the agreed project timeline.

4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to activate services promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

5. Failed Delivery

If payment has been successfully completed but your subscription, software access, or license has not been activated within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

After verification, we will either activate your service or assist you according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
